A pic heavy post this morning, but after painting up the box contents for the new Horus Heresy game, I'm spent!
These are full sprue models, with all the options and bits you've come to expect from a detailed 40k GW kit. I thought I'd challenge myself on yellow and I'm pretty happy with the results. I wouldn't call these guys 'rushed' by any means, but the deadline to have them done and battle ready in the store is this morning!

I am a little proud of cranking these out in such a short time time. It's funny, the only reason I didn't do Black Dark Angels is because my Dark Vengeance set is also DA. The other half was always gonna be Sons of Horus however.

The box is one of the best GW values for the money pretty much ever. It took me right at eight days from assembly to tabletop. Probably would've been faster if I did t pick yellow!

DeleteVeteran Tactical Squads in 30k can take special and heavy weapons, just like Tactical Squads in 40k.
