Thankfully I've brought Rucht on board here at Mik's Minis because let's face it, my own content has been somewhat slim lately. I do have content in the works though, and it goes by the name of Mass Effect Rogue Space. Really I should put Rogue Space first, since that's the engine, but then I couldn't do the anagram MERS, which Rogue Space is known to do!
So, I've got conversion material already finished that I need to post here. It's done, and it's been used in one game already, the next game is due up this Saturday. Here's the material I've got to get out and into your hands:
- Playable Races (Krogan, Quarian, and Batarian)
- Weapons (Shuriken pistols, Mantis sniper rifles, and more)
- Enemies (Geth, Geth, more Geth, and a Husk or two)
- Adventure conversion from in-game storylines
So this is the Mass Effect Rogue Space conversion you told me about. I look forward to seeing what it's like. I love ME conversion modules.
ReplyDeleteI just now checked out the rogue space site, and i love their little mini-booklets for the same rules and sample settings. Such a creative idea.
Thanks for the interest Jared, ironically, I need to stop PLAYING the videogame and focus more on this, haha.
DeleteRogue Space is a sweet game considering all it packs under the hood, and how accessible it is right out of the gate, all for an attractive price.
Can't wait to hear the next adventure!
ReplyDeleteI've got big plans for the official Commander Shepard too!
DeleteThis does sound very intriguing indeed! I love the Mass Effect games (especially the first) and always felt the setting deserved its own rpg. I was thinking of Ashen Stars as the engine myself, but Rogue Space certainly seems to work as well.
ReplyDeleteLooking forward to reading more! :)
I'll need to acquaint myself with Ashen Stars, but that's the beauty of a great setting like Mass Effect, do what you like. Jared, a few comments up, is working on an Alternity port, pretty cool.
DeleteI've just visited Rogue Space and looking forward to more now!
ReplyDeleteAnd more you shall have! Thanks for the interest!
DeleteFantastic Mik!--MERS rocks as an anagram..Keep the faith solider!
ReplyDeleteHa, I thought you might dig "MERS"!
