    1. Thanks Joe! I learned my lesson (the hard way) last year with 20+ items and over-ambitiousness. I'm shooting for nice and neat, simple and succinct. I look forward to getting to work on these!

  3. Do you have a rules set in mind for the 15mm starport projects?

    1. Good question! I was hoping for a menagerie of a starport that can meet a menagerie of rules needs. Maybe AE Bounty one week, maybe 5150 New Beginnings the next, Combat Cards, Throwdown, whatever else.

Basically if someone's got a rules hankering, we'll always have a place to use them.

    2. I really love the idea of having the starport as a central hub for whatever gaming shenanigans you're up to from week to week. It's similar to what I'm doing with my Mars project.

Also a starport is simply a great evocative concept. Looking forward to seeing this grow!

    3. Your Martian escapades helped provide some inspirational fuel. Even directly made me order some figs from across the pond.

  4. Cool stuff indeed - I totally agree that finishing off only a single project is far preferable and more enjoyable than having 3 or 4 (or more) incomplete ones.

    1. I've yet to find the perfect fit for my own productivity. I've got a few dozen ways of how not to do things under my belt mind you!

    1. Well, the plan is that this will keep me focused and somewhat accountable. If it works or not is another matter entirely!

    1. Super simple Jeff! I just made the post you see here, different font color. Then I used a hyperlink to this post in a generic HTML on the right margin.

As projects become in progress, the font for that line turns orange. As they get finished it turns green and has a link to the post showing the finished work (if there is one). Here's last year's HUD:

I like it because it is simple and focuses on projects, not painting points or the like.
