Another two finished up just this evening, and like my last batch these are also Eli "I see lead people" sculpts.
For the fellow on the left I tried some fairly bright sleeves, opting for more of a utility space suit look. I imagine all he would have to do to get space borne is throw on a helmet and he's good to go. For now he's just tooling around the spaceport looking for some power converters.
And speaking of tools, the fig on the right is your run-of-the-mill blue collar pipe fitter. Not a glorious job but a necessary one and the pay ain't too shabby. He's on his way home after a long shift, still in his coveralls emblazoned with his union logo designators.
I've got three more civilian figs (also Eli sculpts) to go then we'll be shifting gears for a bit and going MUCH larger. Until then, enjoy!
Hi, Mik: The fellow on the left, when I first saw him, reminded me of a wrestler!! The emblem on the plumber's uniform is cool. Nice.
ReplyDeleteHeya Jay! Yeah I guess he does have a wrestler build and a luchadore type mask!
DeleteThanks about the emblem too. It may simple but it was smaller than it looks, a ball hat on a 15mm fig small! Plus it was a stark reminder I don't have enough detail brushes!
Hey Mik! Nice detail on these bad boys!
ReplyDeleteThanks Gunrunner! These were a pleasure to paint, very neat sculpts.
